About
A life lived between worlds.

Egith van Dinther — known internationally as IGGY — has experienced firsthand the highs and lows of the modeling industry, from the glamour of international runways to the unspoken struggles many women face behind the scenes.
Chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and the relentless pressure to maintain peak physical form. As a sought-after international model, she worked with prestigious houses including Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta and Carolina Herrera, while balancing the demands of a high-performance lifestyle.
Fueled by her own journey and a deep passion for science-backed wellness, Iggy immersed herself in the world of biohacking, longevity and precision nutrition. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Johan Cruyff University in Amsterdam and advanced studies at the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London, she developed a keen understanding of brand development, high-end wellness and the science of optimization.
